This bright meteor was seen by residents of Colorado at 9:47 PM. It was also caught on at least one of the DMNS Allsky Network cameras. This information is still being analyzed, and more information should be available within a few days.

The initial information suggests that this fireball descended steeply from north to south, ending north of Canyonlands National Park in Utah.

This is an image of the fireball from the Montrose High School allsky camera. The meteor is seen low in the west, near the artificially lit structure along the left side.
